terinated, the appointment will soane at the end

of the said three years, unless it be expressly

continued, and you will then be granted a first class pasaige back to ɑngland, provided that you avail your

wolf af 10 within one month from the termination of your

ngofoment. If your appointment is continued you will be

plased on the permanent and pensionable establishment of the

Jalany and your salary will be increased to 4205 a year,

rising by songal increments of 210 to £225 a year.

3. If you wish to leste the service of the

Osvernment at my time you will be required to give one

month's notice or to pay to the Government a sum equivalent

to one month's salary.

4. You will be provided with free furnished

quarters and sttendance in a building attached to the

Givil Häspital, and will be subject to the supervision of the Superintendent and Matron of that Hospital, and to such rules sa the Government may from time to time presoribe. Uniform,laundry, fuel and light will be pro-

vided.

5. You may be required tå undertake private

nursing, or to sarve in any hospital in the Colony. On first appointment a Jursing Sister is simest invariably

attached to the Private Jursing staff, being transferred

to the hospital staff as suitable vacancies ecour.

6. You will be entitled to vacation and sick

leave in meosrdanes with the General Orders of the Colony

relating to such leave. After saak period of 4 yearst resident service you will be allowed eight months leave on half pay in addition to such poried of vacation
